Special ODS (One Day Service) must be attached a letter of approval of similar products and labels that have obtained the registration number.

The form that has been filled out, then reproduced each 4 copies, with a description of 1 duplicate for the manufacturer's archives and 3 other copies to be submitted to the officer in accordance with the provisions:

• common

o Food, beverages, and additional foodstuffs are inserted into the red snelhecter folder.
o The diet food file is inserted into the green snelhecter folder.
o Functional food files and genetically engineered foods are inserted into the blue snelhecter map.

• ODS (One Day Service)

o The food file is inserted into the transparent blue snelhecter folder.
o The beverage files and additional foodstuffs are put in a transparent red snelhecter folder.

• Brand certificate from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia (if any).
• Label design; according to the plan to be used on the related product.
• Photocopy of Industrial License from the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Disperindag) or Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
• Local BPOM Inspection Letter (if it has been checked).
• Photocopy of Pharmaceutical Production Permit and CPOB certificate (How to Make Good Medicine), specifically for food supplement products.
• SNI Certificate (Indonesian National Standard) from Disperindag, specifically for bottled water and salt products.
• Certificate (SK) from the original factory, specifically for repackaged products.
• Certificate (SK) from the manufacturer of origin, specifically for licensed products.

• Specifications of raw materials and BTM (Food Additives).
• Origin of purchase of raw materials and BTM (Food Additives).
• Standards used by the factory.
• Certificate container and close.
• Packaging test and description of raw materials, specifically for dietary supplements.

• The production process of raw materials until finished.
• Hygiene & sanitation factory and employees.
• Floor plan and factory location map.

• Organizational structure.
• Quality Control System, Facilities and Equipment Quality Control.
• The results of complete product analysis include examination of physics, chemistry, BTM (Food Additives) according to each type of food, microbial contamination, and metal contamination.
• If examined in the laboratory itself, it must be equipped with the analytical methods and procedures used and attach a list of laboratory equipment owned.
• If examined in a government laboratory or an accredited laboratory, it must be equipped with the method used.
• Quality control in process control during the production process.

• ODS (One Day Service) Files all products are inserted into a transparent yellow snelhecter folder.

Sub Directorate of Food & Beverage Evaluation and Registration provides a system of service and rapid assessment within 24 hours, with the aim to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the registration &assessment application process.

Especially for low-risk food products, both local and imported that are registered directly to BPOM. .

The condition of low-risk food products is food that is not directly consumed or still undergoes further processing, high sugar levels, water activity (aw) below 0.85, high packing (pH below 4.5).

• Form A; filled by the applicant correctly and completely after the guidelines.

• Attachments for domestic products:

o Industrial permit or industry registration mark from Disperindag (for new factories and new product types)
o A trademark certificate or patent number for a product that uses the code "R" in the trade name.
o SNI certificate for iodine salt or product claimed according to SNI.
o Design the label according to the guidelines.
o Sample product (3 pieces).
o Certificate from the original factory, for the re-packaging plant.
o Certificate of the manufacturer of the licensor from the country of origin, for the licensed factory.

• Attachments for imported products:

o Letter of appointment of importer from the original factory, or a copy legalized by the importer by showing the original file.
o Health Certificate or free sale,or a copy legalized by the importer by showing the original.
o Example of the original label with the label design according to the one to be released.
o Sample product (3 pieces).

• Label, provided:

o Design the label according to the product to be released (duplicate 3).
o In the main section the label must contain the product name, net weight, manufacturer/importer name and address (city name, zip code; full address), and registration number.
o Other information on the label contains the composition, btm class, name of preservatives, sweeteners, dyes complete with color index (when used), expiration period, production code, production date, and other information that must be listed by law.

• Completeness of filling out form B, including:

o List and number of raw materials & BTP used, BTP name and its usefulness, Color Index (CI) if using dyes, as well as the origin of raw materials &BTP used.

• Completeness of filling out form D, including:

o Final production analysis.

• Registration time starts from 09:00 – 13:00.

• Overseas products with ML code:

o Letter of appointment from the country of origin
o Health Certificate or free sale from the local Health Department or country of origin.
o Laboratory test results.
o Colored labels.
o Sample product (three pieces).
o Composition and specifications.
o Trade Business License (SIUP) and Import Identification Number (API-U).

• Domestic products with MD code:

o Trade Business License (SIUP) or principle permit.
o Laboratory test results.
o Colored labels are patented.
o Sample product (3 pieces).

Here is the flow of bpom licensing registration, see how the process!

1. Applicants apply for written registration by filling out the form and attaching supporting data.
2. Applicants submit applications as many as 2 copies (original and photocopy) to the Head of BPOM cq Director of Standardization of Food Products.
3. Examination of the application form in accordance with the criteria, requirements, and cost of evaluation.

Application for registration of processed food in order to evaluate to obtain a Circulation Permit from BPOM or changes in processed food data, will be charged as PNBP (Non-Tax State Revenue) in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

Bpom Circulation Permit that has been issued is valid for a period of 5 years and can be extended through re-registration.
