The written engagement governs the work undertaken. It identifies deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions, fees and any relevant third-party dependencies.

Where legal, tax, accounting, company secretarial, regulatory, technical or other specialist work is required, the relevant professional responsibilities should be stated in the proposal or separate appointment.
